Why do you need the web?

I begin my post with a question….why do you need the web?

This is a question that needs to be thought about in depth. Why? Let me explain…

There are new terms and new ways to use the web being developed everyday. Twitter, facebook, blogging, and personal websites are all popular methods to get the word out. Each way of information disemination accomplishes the goal of informing an audience about you or your company but how often do you properly use those avenues? How do you know why a certain way works better for you?

That is where we come in. Why do you need the web? We ca. Wade through all the possibilities and arrive at the correct solution. It will always be the most simple so that you can control the web as you see fit.

Battle of the Content Battle

What is the content battle you ask? If you have ever designed or built a website you probably already know what I am going to talk about.

Before a site can be finished the content (much like a printed piece) must be set in stone. Unlike a printed piece a website’s content inevitably changes. Because of this difference a website often never has finished content to design with. How then does the site ever get finished?

The answer I have found is that a website is never finished in the sense that it must be ready to change at a seconds notice. We have to change, rechange, and then change yet again.

Im the end the battle against content can never be won. So therefore join the changing content. Put up what you have when you have it and call it good knowing that you can change it tomorrow.
